Davey Scott Alleman, DMD
Your dentist! You’ll see Dr. Davey Alleman for your check-ups and treatments
Dr. Davey Alleman is a general dentist who serves as clinical director of the Alleman Center Dental Office and head of educational programs at the Alleman Center of Biomimetic Dentistry. He currently practices biomimetic dentistry in Provo, Utah with his father Dr. David Alleman. He received his DMD from the Roseman University of Health Sciences in 2015 and has practiced dentistry for the US Army in Seoul Korea and Southern Arizona.
As an instructor and mentor at the Alleman Center, Dr. Alleman is passionate about improving dental outcomes through minimally invasive biomimetic dentistry.
Dr. Alleman has been published in Journal of Operative Dentistry and Inside Dentistry. He is addicted to soda pop and gummy bears, and, when he isn't thinking about teeth, he enjoys golfing, skateboarding and snowboarding.
David Starr Alleman, DDS
The biomimetic dentistry pioneer and Alleman Center founder! You’ll see him at the office when he isn’t teaching… or golfing
In 1994, Dr. David Alleman wanted to quit his career as a dentist. Using the traditional techniques he learned in dental school, patients were still experiencing pain and sensitivity and needing root canals and extractions. He wanted to find better options for his patients.
After studying adhesive dentistry with Dr. Ray Bertolotti, Dr. Alleman discovered a wealth of scientific research detailing how tooth vitality could be preserved by replicating the natural function of a tooth with advanced techniques and materials: biomimetic restorative dentistry. At the time, few dentists were aware of these techniques and even fewer were using them in practice.
Over a decade of research and work, Dr. Alleman distilled the science into his Six Lessons Approach to Biomimetic Dentistry, a treatment protocol he has been using for over 20 years with restorations lasting just as long. The dentists he has trained around the world have experienced similar success, seeing their patients enjoy restorations that are symptom-free and healthy for 20 years and counting.
Dr. Alleman is a retired Colonel of the US Army Dental Corps. When he isn’t changing the world of dentistry by mentoring and teaching other doctors, he enjoys golfing, studying history and spending time with his family.
Elena Jalpa
Our wonderful dental assistant who helps your treatments get bonded and stay bonded
Dr. Elena Jalpa is a general dentist who graduated from the Autonomos University of Puebla in Mexico "Buap" in 2006.
She did community service in different communities in the state of Puebla while attending the Autonomos University of Puebla and later studied at the Sorbone University in France, where she where did an internship at the Charlex Fois Hospital in Paris in 2009. She then worked in Mexico for 12 years in her own office practicing general dentistry.
Since 2021, Dr. Jalpa has studied minimally invasive biomimetic dentistry with Dr. David Alleman and Dr. Davey Alleman in Provo, Utah.
Sheila Bernhoft

As patient care coordinator, Sheila brings her customer service skills and medical billing expertise to patients at the Alleman Center. She is excited to assist you with insurance reimbursements, scheduling, payment options and any other questions you may have pertaining to office visits. Sheila lives in Detroit, MI, where she enjoys doing CrossFit, running and painting.
